Returns and Refunds

We want you to be able to resell every card you buy from us, so returns are possible within a set window and under clear conditions. Please read this before you send anything back.

Return window

We accept returns for up to 14 days after the order date. After 14 days a return can no longer be accepted.

Condition of returned cards

Cards must come back in their original condition. That means both of the following are still true:

• The 3M adhesive strip on the back of the card is still attached and untouched.
• The protective plastic film on the front of the card is still in place.

If the adhesive strip or the front film has been removed, at any point, the card can no longer be sold as new. A return in that condition cannot be accepted and no refund will be issued.

If cards are sent back anyway without meeting these conditions, they will not be refunded, because they do not comply with these terms.

How to start a return

Contact us first. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us. Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and the number of cards you want to return, and we will tell you what to do next.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and checked its condition, we will let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
